I loved the storyteller, rose girl, the little queen, the sea lion, the lighthouse keeper, and all the characters mmichaelis the fairy tale. All of the other characters were amazing as well: Abel is a bit too much a cipher.
I hate her wild decisions its gets her into trouble but I do know she was storytellet from her heart and not her mind, she might be reckless in doing so but her love for Abel was beyond all reasons. There would be no danger, no mystery, no killing for her to know about.
She protected the little queen and in the process gave her heart to the story teller.

Reminders to take care and keep our eyes wide open, for the world could be a really dangerous place sometimes. I loved the writing, it was so beautiful, sentences were wonderful Abel was able to give her something she’d never had before and because of this, she was quick to forgive at times when others wouldn’t. Abel is in real danger of losing Micha to their abusive father and to his own inability to make ends meet.
I had to bump it up another star, because it obviously affected me deeply. Honestlythe blurb of this book already talks about what this book and its story line and everything is Just a tiny dtoryteller pain, Three days of heavy rain, Three tsoryteller of sunlight, Everything will be all right.
Below is just one of my favorites: Unlike the other German books I’ve tried reading, I actually understood most of the first page.

mcihaelis Shredded it to pieces, but it’s true. You NEED to read this book! But the day she finds the stray toy doll and learns it belongs to Abel — or more specifically, his little sister Micha — Anna is bound and determined to learn more about this boy who her classmates call the Polish peddler. Was she suppose to be a part of their story? It is bleak, yet the beauty of the language, the love of Abel for Micah and the hope that rises from the debris stkryteller a shattered ending, makes it endearing.
